I’m Stacey Kaufman, a certified sleep coach but also someone that suffered from sleepless nights for longer than I want to remember.

I know your struggle and frustration. I use my personal experiance and that of many other clients to help you transform your sleepless nights.

Your Sleep Academy is a 12-week program created to help adults get to sleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed.

The program is designed with accountability and coaching so you can acheive the results you are looking for. The program has 6 modules that can be done at your own pace. Most clients decide to spend 1-2 weeks on the course material and attend weekly meetings for encouragement and support.

Cami came to me while she was wedding planning. She could not turn off her brain from all the stress of not only planning a wedding, but living during a pandemic and packing up all her things to move states away with her future husband. No wonder she couldn’t sleep! Her sleep plan was focused on relaxation, reducing anxious thoughts and feelings, and helping her fall asleep faster.

Michelle and I crossed paths when she was exhausted both physically and mentally. She had been to countless doctors and specialists, had taken a variety of different medications, none of which were helping. She was frustrated with the doctors, struggling to stay asleep at night and rarely had the energy to enjoy time with her family. She felt she was missing out on precious moments and life was just happening. The plan we created for Michelle focused on helping her body get the right nutrients and resetting her body clock for healthy sleep.

Jill and I met through a mutual friend and she expressed how she struggled with sleeping at night and anxiety during her work day. She had tried different things and was unable to find the right balance to feel less stressed with her job and get enough sleep each night. When we got together we created a daily routine that gave her support at different times of the day so she could feel better during her work day and be able to turn work off when it was time for bed

This is a 12-week online sleep program with group coaching and personalized support that is a comprehensive approach to help you achieve better sleep and overall wellness. It combines evidence-based strategies, expert guidance, and individualized coaching to address your unique sleep challenges.

How will this program improve my sleep quality?

Your Sleep Academy is designed to identify the root causes of your sleep issues and provide personalized solutions. We focus on sleep hygiene, relaxation techniques, stress management, and healthy sleep routines to help you enjoy restful, rejuvenating sleep.

Is this program suitable for individuals with specific sleep disorders?

The program is designed to benefit a wide range of sleep issues, including insomnia, sleep apnea, and more. We do not offer medical advice, but personalized coaching will provide guidance and support to address your needs.

What does the program include?

The program includes 6 modules, weekly coaching sessions, educational materials, and sleep-tracking tools. You will receive personalized advice, group support, and strategies a variety of different stratigies to address your sleep challenges.

How will the coaching sessions be conducted?

Coaching sessions are weekly via Zoom. For each session, you can discuss your progress, ask questions, and receive guidance. Email and/or text support is available between coaching sessions.

Can I participate in this program if I have a busy schedule?

Absolutely! Life can be hectic. This program has set weekly coaching sessions that will always be recorded. Additional support is available via text or email and we will work together to set achievable goals and implement changes that suit your lifestyle.

What results can I expect after completing the program?

Individual results may vary, but this program is designed to help clients significantly improve their sleep quality, well-being, and daily performance. You can expect to gain valuable insights and practical strategies to enhance your sleep for the long term.
