I’m glad you are here.
I’m Stacey Kaufman, and my passion is to help moms create better health for the whole family using essential oils.
On my site, I share simple solutions and inspiration to support you on your journey to be a healthy mom + create a happy non-toxic home.
My journey started with sleepless nights, stomach issues and nausea, frequent headaches, and an overall lack of energy. I took countless prescription medications, many of which had worse complications than the symptoms they were trying to treat. Ultimately, my doctors could never figure out what was wrong with me. It was frustrating!
Through my health challenges, I started to learn about all the chemicals I was putting in and on my body through products I used for cleaning and personal care. I decided my family deserved something different and more natural. Finding natural solutions over ten years ago was much more complicated than I expected. At the same time, I was invited to an introduction to essential oils class. That class answered my prayers for a better, more natural way to care for my home, family, and myself. I quickly jumped in, bought a starter kit, and learned how to use the oils to make my cleaning products. When I say I jumped in, I mean I jumped in…I took classes, bought some books, and learned about the many ways I could use essential oils with my family.

I purchased mainly to help me clean my home would create a new and healthier life for me and my growing family. These powerful plants have given me a solution to my health challenges and have left me with more energy and excitement for life. At the time, I did not realize the enormous impact these tiny changes I was making would have.

I sleep through the night, my stomach issues are minimal, and when they do pop up, I have an oil that I can go to that makes me feel better. I have more energy now than in my late 20s and early 30s. I am a mom of 2 energetic kids, a 7-year-old daughter, and a 9-year-old son. I feel that most days, I can keep up.
